Job Description:
Description This is a per diem/on call position supporting the
Assisted Living facility. The Licensed Nurse is responsible for
planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services as
part of the Interdisciplinary Team. In collaboration with the
Interdisciplinary Team, administers an individualized,
comprehensive and Resident centered Plan of Care in accordance with
current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines
and regulations as may be directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator,
Administrator, Director of Clinical Services, Primary Care Nurse or

nursing. - Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. -
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days
of hire - 1 year of Education & Training: LTC geriatric experience.
- 5 Center Primary Nurse: Teaching experience. Preferred
Qualifications: - In Long Term care. - Supervisory experience with
nursing assistants (NAC’s). - Experience with an interdisciplinary
team. - 3 years of 5 Center Primary Nurse: direct care experience.

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
