employees.As a member of the IT Management Team, you are
responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of
employees. Your role includes leading the specific functional
responsibilities of your team, which involves overseeing team
performance and deliverables. However, your role as a leader within
our organization requires more than the management of resources and
day-to-day operations. As a steward of the company, you are charged
with the development and execution of your team's strategic vision
and plan and ensuring that your team's actions align with the
larger goals of the company and the IT Division.The Manager for
Network Security Engineering is responsible for leading the design,
implementation, and maintenance of an organization's network
security infrastructure. This role involves overseeing the
development of robust security solutions, managing a team of
engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and
regulations. The role requires a blend of technical expertise,
strategic thinking, and leadership skills to effectively manage a
team and protect digital information.As the primary conduit between
your employees and upper leadership, your role in communicating and

problem / ask.---Identifies gaps in Information Security strategy,
policies and standards, and works with internal teams to
correct.---Researches current and emerging security technologies,
and propose changes where needed.---Builds lasting trusted
partnerships across various functional areas and technical
disciplines.---This is a full-time management/leadership position
(45+ hours per week).REQUIRED---Experience with network
segmentation and/or security zones for applicable data protection
according to data classification.---Working knowledge of
information systems security standards and practices (e.g., access
control, system hardening, system auditing, log file monitoring,
security policies, and incident handling).---Demonstrated
experience and security knowledge of one or more of the following
platforms: Next Generation Firewalls, Forward/Reverse Proxies,
IDPS, DDoS Mitigation, Log aggregation, WAF, etc.---Understands
security fundamentals within different areas of expertise
(Networking, Endpoint, Logging, Identity, etc.).---Demonstrates
poise and creativity while working with leadership, engineers and
SMEs in different domain spaces to come to a common
solution.---Excellent leadership skills and experience in driving
teams to determine resolution paths and solutions.---Excellent
verbal and written communication skills (facilitation, negotiation,
conflict resolution), with demonstrated ability to communicate
effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.---Team
player with proven ability to work effectively within a large
organization that operates using a matrix organization.---Ability
to communicate trade-offs and transactional states with technical
and business teams.---Ability to work effectively; independent of
assistance or supervision.---Ability to work under pressure in a
highly team focused environment.---Innovative, creative, and
extremely responsive with a strong sense of
urgency.---Self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and
detail-oriented.---Ability to set and follow priorities with a
timeline.---Willingness to travel to manufacturing locations when
necessary.Recommended:---A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or
a minimum of 5 years' information security experience with a focus
on security engineering and implementation.---One or more
professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM (or
equivalent).---Experience with Zero Trust
Implementation.---Proficient in Google Workspace applications,
including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail.Other
