Program Manager Non Tech 3 Job Summary: Talent Software Services
is in search of a Program Manager Non Tech for a contract position
in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be a year with a strong chance
for a long-term extension. Position Summary: Team is seeking a
highly skilled and experienced ESG and Sustainability Data Manager
to oversee ESG data management and governance. This role is
critical in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring
that our data management practices align with our ESG goals.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Develop and implement
data management strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and
security. Engage with stakeholders across the business group to
improve data maturity and drive audit readiness. Enable data
analysis and performance tracking towards sustainability
commitments and regulatory requirements. Drive innovative
approaches and data analysis to create actionable impact towards
sustainability and ESG performance. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management,
and sustainability experts, to define and execute data management
plans. Ensure that all data management practices meet the highest
standards of quality, performance, and security. Provide technical
guidance and mentorship to team members. Communicate project
status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior
management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal
and external partners. Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
The role will consist of 40% meetings, 10 % meetings with sponsor
while ramping up, 50% headsdown. Qualifications:5-7 overall years
of experience in the field. Master's degree in Sustainability, Data
Science, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Nice
to have certification in data management, change management or
project management (e.g., CDMP, PMP). Minimum 5 years experience
with sustainability Minimum 5 years experience with sustainability
data sets and data analysis,with a focus on sustainability and ESG
data. Minimum 5 years experience with data visualization skills If
