Job Description:
Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our
mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to
customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual
households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government
agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating
in locations without reliable connectivity. The Sr Product Manager
- Tech (PM-T) will be at the forefront of defining requirements and
building systems related to customer onboarding, order management,
broadband service provisioning and satellite terminal device and
network management across enterprise, small business and
residential customers as applicable to the segment's needs. This
PM-T will be the single threaded owner (STO) for defining and
developing the E2E customer experience lifecycle from learning
about the product offerings and capabilities, purchase, setup and
management and support. This PMT will define integration paradigms
and interactions across multiple systems and develop a common
vision and scope, establish timelines, and drive system readiness
and solutions are ready for launching LEO services. Additionally,
this role will engage with customers in partnership with business
and GTM teams and will execute in partnership with LEO Engineering,
AWS, and Amazon teams. Key job responsibilities In this role, you
will work directly with customers, engineering teams, and
operational stakeholders to define LEO service offerings via
expertly crafted working backwards, business requirements documents
which can easily be translated into product and engineering
deliverables. This role requires the ability to work in a
collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and must be
comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional
teams. The candidate must have strong business judgment, dive deep
into data, have strong writing skills and be comfortable leading
executive-level reviews. Candidates must be able to analyze and
implement subscription lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for
different customer segments. The best candidates will have deep
understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunication
services. Candidates with demonstrated business and operational
experience within high scale fixed, wireless and satellite
telecommunications services targeting consumer and enterprise
verticals will be preferred. You will own tangible goals and
deliverables to enable system development and readiness to scale
globally and deliver the best customer experiences through service
delivery. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export
control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or
national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card
holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted
asylum. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience
owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with
feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience
contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical
products or online services - Experience in representing and
advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders
during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as
Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
