Job Description:
Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a
Construction Environmental Compliance Lead to join their team. As a
Construction Environmental Compliance Lead, you will be part of the
Cloud Infrastructure Construction Environmental Compliance team
supporting Data Center construction projects. The ideal candidate
will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and
problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Construction Environmental Compliance Lea
Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $64.62 - $71.09 What’s the Job?
Manage environmental permit compliance during construction until
turnover to operations. Conduct onsite field inspections and
provide on-demand field support. Coordinate with internal teams and
external consultants to ensure compliance with environmental
requirements. Identify and mitigate environmental issues related to
stormwater, wetlands, streams, endangered species, and air
compliance. Develop and submit required reports and notifications
to regulatory agencies (AHJs). What’s Needed? Strong knowledge of
environmental regulations, including Clean Water Act Sections 402,
401, and 404. Experience managing environmental compliance during
construction projects. Ability to communicate environmental
requirements to diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage
consultants and coordinate cross-functional teams. Familiarity with
federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permitting
