What You'll Do:

• Route and Technician Management: Train and coach technicians on pest management techniques, effective route management, and equipment maintenance.
• Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure service quality meets Sprague standards, resolve service issues, and train technicians on quality assurance and customer service.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all job duties are performed according to safety standards, stay updated on regulations, and coach technicians on safe handling of pesticides.
• Business Development: Collaborate with technicians and sales to identify new clients, build route density, and prepare bids for special services.
