Additional Info: This is a very busy unit (400+ births in the
summer) and travelers will need to be able to get up to speed
quickly
Core staff on this unit is green, so facility will lean on
experienced travelers where possible. This is a Level III
Obstretrical Unit.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Please notify of
BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with BG/Nursys
hits, but must present to client for written approval.
Return Staff Policy: 3 month rule to return as traveler
***** ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities
within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in
termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed
hours.*****
If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers
with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to
perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If
Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment,
Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell
phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of *** as
invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting
monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.
