The Opportunity We're seeking a Physician to join our outpatient practice in Tacoma, Washington. The PCP will work closely with the medical director to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation. What you'll need: * Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington. * The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups. * Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes. * Board Certification This is a full-time in-clinic position in Tacoma, WA. The base salary range for this role is $281,000 to $299,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
