A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. People First in Silverdale Local Team Collaboration: - Join our close-knit team of 22 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center. Qualifications: - Board certified/eligible in internal or family medicine. - New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. - Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates). - Open to J1 & H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered. Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling: - Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time nocturnist positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation. Key Responsibilities: - We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes. - Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations.
