Job Description Summary: Skagit Regional Health is actively
seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help expand
our current team of three Neurology providers due to rapid growth

collaborative environment alongside two (2) experienced physicians
and one (1) Nurse Practitioner. Clinical support staff consists of
MAs and RNs. - Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a
weekday only schedule focused only on outpatient care. No inpatient
call duties and ample time off. - This is a full time position with
a 36-hour patient contact hour work expectation. - This position
will have an opportunity to see a variety of Neurological
disorders. - Skagit Regional Health offers a 12 week mentorship
program for new grad APPs or those new to the specialty to ensure
smooth transition and successful start to practice! - This is a
hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary
and specialty care referral base. - Integrated EPIC EMR platform
utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly
implemented ambient AI technology (Ambient) available!
Qualifications: - Masters degree or higher in nursing or physician
assistant studies from an accredited program. - 2-4 years of
practice experience is preferred. Neurology experience highly
desired. - Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a
Washington State license before start. - The ideal candidate will
place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and

with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary range: $127,596-$143,565
DOE with productivity incentives. - Employment bonus, relocation
