Position Summary: Supports and enhances Resident well-being by coordinating/providing transportation for off campus resident appointments. Qualifications: 5 Years Driving Experience Required Current Washington State Driver's License Current Auto Insurance Safe Driving Record Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides transportation for residents on and off campus, including driving, scheduling, Escorts residents to assure safety between vehicles and pick up/drop off locations. Checks vehicle, weather, and driving conditions to determine viability of safe operations. Communicates with Nursing Staff Coordinator and Unit Secretaries regarding appointments. Assists Residents with personal care as needed during appointment transfer. Logs vehicle settings in logbook to include mileage, fuel level, and reports any issues with vehicle. Assist with facilitating Resident Programs and special events Reports any changes in resident status, unusual occurrences or behaviors and any problems with completion of appointments. Represents eliseo in a professional manner by demonstrating positive public relations.
