Job Description Optometrist - Kirkland, WA (Accepting New Grads) Full-Time | Onsite Schedule: Mon - Fri (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), No On-call, Weekends, Night Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive medical eye examinations - Diagnose and manage dry eye disease using advanced diagnostics and in-office treatments - Evaluate and manage myopia progression and binocular vision conditions - Fit and manage specialty contact lenses (scleral, ortho-K, and custom lenses) - Collaborate with technicians, opticians, and providers to deliver high-quality care - Maintain accurate EHR documentation and coordinate referrals Qualifications: - Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree - Active Washington state optometry license (or ability to obtain) - Strong clinical judgment and communication skills - Comfortable practicing medical and specialty eye care - Specialty experience preferred but not required Benefits: - Competitive compensation - Full standard benefits package - Supportive, collaborative practice environment - Excellent work-life balance (No weekends)
