Support Staff: MA (OP); PA, Hospital Support Procedures: Full
spectrum of Ortho Cases - Minus Complex Pelvic Issues EMR: Epic
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements:
Active WA License or IMLC BC DEA BLS 5 yrs of Level II
