Job Description Job Description Location: On-site 5 days/week in Seattle, WA 98101 Duration: 12-month contract, potential to extend/convert depending on hiring needs Are you an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for finding top talent? Look no further! A leading tech organization is hyper scaling, seeking Recruiters who will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talent to support their rapidly growing data center footprint. In this role, you will actively source large, diverse pools of candidates that will result in key hires to fuel critical data center expansion. You will get to work with a collaborative, inclusive, hardworking team of recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure delivery of efficient, effective, and quality talent to internal customers. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and well-versed in creative candidate generation methodology. It is critical that this individual can manage, prioritize, and close high-volume searches against tight timelines. A successful candidate will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate high integrity, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. Desired Skill Set: 2 years of high-volume technical sourcing Excellent sourcing acumen and demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to generate robust, diverse pipelines of talent to support hyper scaling organizations Experience working in high-volume environments with metric-driven goals Excellent communication and writing skills Team Qualities: strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills, results-oriented Compensation $38.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
