Management Group and Lumen. Customer Service Representative
Requirements Assist Lumen business clients with services, billing,
account management, and technical inquiries, ensuring smooth
resolutions. Listen, diagnose, and troubleshoot client concerns,
providing clear and effective solutions tailored to their needs.
Deliver accurate service information on products, network status,
and account details to support informed decisions. Navigate
internal systems to access client data, streamline issue
resolution, and enhance service efficiency. Process service
requests, billing, and account updates with precision while
maintaining compliance with company policies. Maintain detailed CRM
records of interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups for seamless
client support. Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution
and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Educate clients on
self-service tools, online portals, and best practices for
optimizing Lumen services. Escalate complex cases to specialized
teams while ensuring a seamless support experience. Uphold service
excellence, professionalism, and a client-first approach to enhance
