involves: This position works closely with internal vendors and key
stakeholders to facilitate and support local Amazon events taking
place in key buildings within Amazon corporate offices while
reporting to the Assistant Program Manager. You will respond to
customer requests and inquiries to ensure on-site events are
executed smoothly and professionally while coordinating resources
to ensure spaces are cleaned, set and ready for events. This role
contributes to JLL's business objectives by providing professional
service excellence in fast-paced, demanding corporate environment
while being committed to event-related projects such as documenting
trends, recognizing opportunities for process efficiencies, and
improving policies and procedures related to internal events and
spaces, maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate
real estate services through seamless event coordination and
customer service. What your day-to-day will look like: Process
event requests and correspond with Amazon customers while
coordinating and leading planning and walkthrough meetings with
customers and vendor partners Disseminate information to large
audiences including alerting building occupants and vendors of
event-related impacts Provide on-site coverage and troubleshooting
during high impact events to ensure successful event operations
Organize and compile event data metrics while creating and
maintaining standardized event documents Respond to and act on
customer feedback while creating and updating documents to track
metrics, clarify procedures, provide information, and organize team
tasks Support and maintain good inter-vendor communications between
Facilities, Catering, AV, Reception, Janitorial and Engineering as
requested Assist in planning and hosting occasional GREF-related
events as needed • Coordinate resources to ensure spaces are
cleaned, set and ready for events Document trends while recognizing
opportunities for process efficiencies and improving policies and
procedures related to internal events and spaces. Required
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 years experience
preferred with 3 years experience in event coordination or event
administrative support Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
including advanced competence with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
and other requested software programs High level of accuracy and
attention to details with excellent grammar and proofreading
abilities Positive, professional, customer-service oriented
personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently at times with little direction
Ability and attentiveness to multi-task while interacting with
employees, visitors and contractors with poise and diplomacy
Ability to apply principles of rational systems and deal with
variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists Capability to interpret instructions in
written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form Possess initiative to
assume additional responsibilities while setting priorities and
meeting deadlines Ability to perform basic business math such as
compute discount, interest, percentage and profit/loss Communicate
effectively both verbally and written. Preferred Qualifications: 3
years experience in facilities management Microsoft Visio or CAD
experience Excitement for helping to build and maintain event
support Experience processing event requests and corresponding with
Amazon customers Background coordinating and leading planning and
walkthrough meetings with customers and vendor partners
Understanding of disseminating information to large audiences
including alerting building occupants and vendors of event-related
impacts Experience providing on-site coverage and troubleshooting
during high impact events to ensure successful event operations
Knowledge of organizing and compiling event data metrics while
creating and maintaining standardized event documents Background
supporting and maintaining good inter-vendor communications between
Facilities, Catering, AV, Reception, Janitorial and Engineering.

this position: 65,400.00 – 94,900.00 USD per year This range is an
estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation
packages are determined by various considerations including but not
limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions,
