Job Description:

We're looking for an organized and process-driven transaction coordinator to manage and drive the contract-to-close process for our team of agents.



You'll be personally trained by and work alongside one of the top Contract Coordinators in the area who has supported our team of agents for 4+ years, working directly with her to learn our systems, processes, expectations and level of client care.



You will learn to be responsible for the workflow of the escrow process, communicating with clients, assisting agents with contract accuracy, as well as lender, co-broker, escrow and title communications to help create a smooth and successful transaction for our agents, teammates, and clients.



Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, has incredible attention to detail, is coachable and confident, has superb customer service skills and enjoys a team-oriented environment.



You have to be okay with client and vendor interaction, quick on your feet and a critical thinker.



Real Estate industry familiarity is a must!



Compensation- $52,500+ DOE + Benefits + Vacation

Responsibilities:

--- Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
--- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
--- Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
--- Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
--- Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities


Qualifications:
--- Real Estate License a plus
--- Big desire to provide excellent customer service and an incredible client experience
--- Need to be organized, able to communicate written & verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
--- Not afraid to call clients and check in during contract to close process
--- Experience in the real estate industry; transaction management/coordination, title or escrow, or mortgage
