Sherwin-Williams, a world-renowned leader in the paint and coatings industry, is seeking a Bilingual Retail Store Associate to enhance customer interactions at our local branches. This role is crucial for offering personalized customer service and ensuring that our diverse clientele receives expert advice on our products, in both English and another language. As a Bilingual Retail Store Associate, you will manage multiple responsibilities from sales to inventory management, all within a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Assist customers by providing detailed information and advice on our products Perform translations and facilitate communication between staff and non-English speaking customers Handle cash transactions and operate the point of sale systems Maintain inventory levels and participate in stock management Ensure the store’s presentation and merchandising standards are upheld Assist with promotional events and product demonstrations Fluency in English and at least one additional language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of retail POS systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical store operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Fluency in multiple languages certified by a recognized language proficiency test (preferred but not required)
