Multi-Specialty Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
This role focuses on developing strategies to increase product
market share and revenue in designated territories, coordinating
with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote our
innovative treatments. The ideal candidate will not only lead sales
efforts but also serve as an ambassador for Lundbecks commitment to

achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within multiple
specialties. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other
healthcare professionals. Effectively communicate Lundbeck's
product value proposition through presentations and proposals.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to understand
competitive landscape and healthcare providers' needs. Manage
budgets and forecasts, providing reports on territory performance
and strategic planning outcomes. Work in compliance with company
policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical promotion of
medications. Strong leadership capabilities Proven ability to drive
the sales process from plan to close Excellent mentoring, coaching,
and people management skills Ability to understand and analyze
sales performance metrics Solid experience with CRM software and MS
Office Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
