You'll collaborate with a team of passionate professionals who are
as excited about innovation as you are, and together, you'll push
the boundaries of what's possible with Alexa. As a Sr TPM, you'll
drive the development of next-generation features powered by
advanced AI technologies, including Generative, Agentic, and
Real-time AI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams,
including product management, design, and data science, to design
and deliver innovative solutions that leverage these AI
technologies to enable seamless, intelligent experiences. You'll
also lead the integration of these advanced AI systems into Alexa's
core capabilities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user
experience. Basic qualifications 7 years of working directly with
engineering teams experience 5 years of technical product or
program management experience 3 years of software development
experience 5 years of technical program management working directly
with software engineering teams experience Experience managing
programs across cross functional teams, building processes and
coordinating release schedules Preferred qualifications 5 years of
hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams,
building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience with iteratively launching customer features with rapid
experimentation Key job responsibilities Lead Comms initiatives
across sync, async, contacts management, device software and common
services. Partner with engineering teams, leadership, product
management, and UX to ensure we're building the best customer
experience using innovative technologies. Serve as the POC for
broader Alexa mechanisms like LRs, Deep Dives, Product Days
Stakeholder management across Alexa and partner teams and manage
executive level communications Lead the roadmap prioritization
process Manage cross functional quality initiatives like CPDR deep
dives and fixes Establish and improve processes for managing
complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating release
schedules - 7 years of working directly with engineering teams
experience - 5 years of technical product or program management
experience - 3 years of software development experience - 5 years
of technical program management working directly with software
engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across
cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release
schedules - 5 years of project management disciplines including
scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path
management experience - Experience managing projects across cross
functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating
release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive
multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
